Ishani Vora is a Principal and Head of the India Practice, based in Mumbai, India.

Ishani has over a decade of experience in expert witness and damages assessment across Singapore and India, including work on international matters with a leading global consulting firm. Prior to this, she worked for several years for an accountancy firm in the area of non-contentious valuations.

Ishani has been recognised as an arbitration expert witness future leader by Lexology and GAR.

Ishani is a Chartered Accountant from India and holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business.

Ayush is a Director at Osborne Partners, based in Mumbai.

He has over 10 years of experience in audit, taxation, financial analysis, corporate finance, business strategy as well as valuation and damages analysis.

Ayush joined Osborne Partners in July 2022 and has been working on several matters in relation to valuation, damages analysis and forensic investigations. Prior to this, he worked with a real estate company in a business strategy and project management role. In the past, Ayush has also worked as a consultant in the Economic and Financial Consulting practice of a leading global disputes practice.

Ayush holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the Indian School of Business, a BCom from the University of Mumbai, and is also a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Jody is a Director at Osborne Partners, based in London. She has over eight years of experience in forensic accounting, economic and financial consulting, complex valuation and quantum analysis.

Jody has worked in diverse sectors such as oil and gas, online entertainment, real estate, telecommunications, as well as insurance.

Jody is a certified public accountant and holds a BA in Mathematics and Economics from New York University. She is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.

Rajat is a Director at Osborne Partners, based in Mumbai.

Before joining Osborne Partners, Rajat held a senior position in Ernst and Young, Ireland, spear-heading multiple business valuation projects across diverse industries. Prior to this, he worked in the US and India for Duff and Phelps (now Kroll) and Deloitte on a variety of matters including commercial valuations across industries, the valuation of early staged venture backed start-ups, fair valuing debt and equity portfolios of PE/VC clients, inter alia.

Rajat has a BCom in Commerce and a holds an MBA, majoring in Finance. He is also a CFA Charterholder, as well as having taught the CFA to others – teaching and developing staff is one of his many key interests.

Tarini is a Director at Osborne Partners, based in London.

Bringing over 12 years of experience in economic and financial consulting, Tarini's has worked on valuation, damages analysis, anti-trust economics as well as forensic and regulatory investigations.

Tarini has experience across a wide range of sectors including infrastructure, telecom, metals and mining and e-commerce.

Tarini holds an MSc in Financial Economics from the University of Oxford and a BA (Hons.) in Economics and Statistics from St Xavier's College, Mumbai.

Charles is a Director at Osborne Partners, based in London.

Charles has been involved in various cases relating to valuation, shareholder disputes, and quantification of lost profits. He has worked across a diverse range of sectors, including insurance, oil and gas, finance, and consumer goods.

Charles holds an MSc degree in Chemistry from the University of Oxford.

Sukanya Mukherjee is a Director at Osborne Partners, based in Mumbai.

Sukanya joined Osborne Partners in August 2022 and has worked on a diverse range of cases spread across sectors relating to valuation, disputes and competition. Prior to joining Osborne Partners, Sukanya worked as an Economics Associate at the NatWest Group, contributing to group-wide macroeconomic strategy.

Sukanya holds a MSc in Mathematics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras and a Diplôme d'université in Mathematical methods in Economics and Finance from La Sorbonne, Paris.

Jonathan Hancox is a Director at Osborne Partners, based in Dubai. His expertise lies in forensic accounting engagements and in testifying as an expert in damages and lost profits in commercial disputes.

Other areas of expertise include expert determinations, regulatory investigations and tribunals, market abuse and manipulation claims, group/class action claims and financial modelling.

Jonathan’s engagements have spanned a variety of industries, including manufacturing, energy, commodities, banking and financial services, insurance, real estate and consumer goods, among others.

He recently acted as the testifying expert for the Claimant, before a DIAC tribunal, in a dispute between a KSA manufacturing group and a UAE based manufacturer over a failed joint venture. The Tribunal adopted Jonathan’s opinion on damages and lost profits in full, awarding the claimant over SAR 5 million.

He has also managed a large cross-border investigation on behalf of a UAE based construction conglomerate in support of several ongoing criminal cases and anticipated UK high court civil cases.

Prior to joining Osborne Partners, Jonathan was a Senior Manager at Kroll.

Adeline Sou is aSenior Consultant at Osborne Partners, based in London.

Adeline has experience working on complex cases involving valuation, economic advisory and disputes across various industries. Prior to joining Osborne Partners, Adeline was at FTI Consulting where she worked on a wide array of valuation and damages projects.

Adeline holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics, is a CFA Charter holder and an ACA qualified chartered accountant.

Aaron Saldanha is a Senior Consultant at Osborne Partners, based in Mumbai.

Aaron joined Osborne Partners in 2023 after many years with Thomson Reuters, culminating in the role of EMEA Editor for the Global Markets Forum. During his career in journalism, he focused on the resources sector, and the intersection of financial markets and government.

Aaron holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the Indian School of Business and a BA in Economics from Loyola College in the University of Madras.

Connor Doran is a Senior Consultant at Osborne Partners, based in London.

Prior to joining Osborne Partners, Connor built up his experience in audit and then in disputes advisory for a leading global advisory practice.

As a Chartered Accountant, Connor has worked on a range of projects supporting cases in litigation and arbitration, as well as assisting with the completion accounts process.

Connor has a first class honours degree in Law from Durham University.

James is a Senior Consultant at Osborne Partners, based in Singapore.

Prior to joining Osborne Partners, James spent more than five years working in the Forensics & Valuations team at Mazars across London and Singapore, specialising in disputes advisory.

James’ experience covers a broad range of expert witness and advisory assignments, including the quantification of lost profits, contentious valuation matters and technical accounting disputes.

James’ sector experience covers oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, financial and commodity derivatives, aviation, and defence.

Maide joined Osborne Partners in November 2019, left in April 2021, and re-joined at the end of 2023.

She has recently worked on the valuation and quantification of losses across the mining, agriculture, utilities, and oil & gas sectors.

Prior to first joining Osborne Partners, Maide worked as a financial analyst in a commercial bank and as a valuation analyst at Ernst and Young (EY.) Between Osborne Partners and her Master’s studies, she worked at the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the private sector arm of the World Bank Group, focusing on manufacturing, agriculture, and services portfolios in Turkey, Central Asia, and the Middle East.

Maide holds an MSc in Business Economics from KU Leuven and a BA in Business Administration from Koç University.

Nader is a Senior Consultant at Osborne Partners, based in London.

Since joining the team at Osborne Partners, Nader has been involved in a variety of work and industries including oil and gas, blockchain, and TMT. Prior to joining Osborne Partners, Nader completed internships in valuation and financial advisory.

Nader has a BSc in Finance from the London School of Economics. He is fluent in Arabic and Romanian.

Ömer is a Senior Consultant at Osborne Partners, based in London.

Ömer joined Osborne Partners in March 2020 and has worked on various international cases. He has contributed to competition and lost profits cases in the transportation, construction, telecommunications and banking sectors.

Ömer holds a BScin Applied Mathematics and Statistics and Economics from Johns Hopkins University.

Şeyma is a Senior Consultant at Osborne Partners, based in London.

Şeyma joined Osborne Partners in July 2021 and has most recently contributed to an investor-state arbitration calculating losses in the property development sector.

Prior to joining Osborne Partners, Şeyma worked as a financial analyst in a multinational manufacturing company and completed internships in M&A, corporate finance and investor relations.

Şeyma holds a BA in Economics and International Relations (joint) from Koç University.

Gopala Goyal is a Senior Consultant at Osborne Partners, based in Mumbai.

Gopala has been involved in pre-and post-investment due diligence as well as public policy risk assessment.

Prior to joining Osborne Partners, Gopala served as an advisor to the speaker of the Lok Sabha, where he developed his expertise in public policy and regulatory matters. Additionally, he worked with Tata Trusts, acquiring valuable experience in project management and strategy.

Gopala holds a dual degree in business and law from Symbiosis Law School and an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from the Indian School of Business.

Ayushi is a Senior Consultant at Osborne Partners, based in Mumbai.

Prior to joining Osborne Partners, she worked with Aranca and Deloitte, where she gained extensive experience in valuation and financial advisory. Her work has encompassed company valuations for restructuring, strategic advisory, fundraising, and financial reporting across sectors including banking, financial services, consumer goods, and automotive.

Ayushi holds an MBA and a BBA in Finance from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.

Ayush Rathod is a Senior Consultant at Osborne Partners, based in Mumbai.

Ayush has worked on cases involving valuation and disputes in the healthcare and mineral products industries. Prior to joining Osborne Partners, he gained experience in financial analysis and modelling in the healthcare sector while working at Visible Alpha (part of S&P Global).

Ayush holds a BBA in Finance from the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, is a CFA Charterholder, and has recently completed his MBA in Finance and Marketing from the Indian School of Business.

Andrew Hallam is a Consultant at Osborne Partners, based in London.

Since joining he has worked on a large case involving the telecommunications industry and is involved in a matter focusing on the European oil and gas market. He previously worked as a strategy consultant and an M&A analyst.

Andrew holds a BA (Hons) in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford.

Benedict Schallamach is a Consultant at Osborne Partners, based in London.

Since joining, Benedict has worked on cases involving petrochemical storage, real estate, and renewable energy.

Benedict holds a BA (Hons) in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge.

Following his graduation, Benedict worked in sales and marketing and tutored Maths and Physics. He also led a comprehensive programme of STEM Oxbridge interview preparation courses. He has twice represented the Cambridge University Rugby League 1st XIII at Varsity

Chen Zhao is a Consultant at Osborne Partners, based in Singapore.

She has gained experience in equity research, data consulting, and real estate through internships across different markets.

Chen Zhao holds an MSc in finance from Nanyang Technological University and a bachelor's degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. She is a native Mandarin speaker.

Eugenio Nanni is a Consultant at Osborne Partners, based in London.

Eugenio has special interests in econometrics and technical analysis of stock market predictions.

He holds a BA (Hons) in Economics from the University of Cambridge.

Following his graduation, Eugenio tutored Maths at A level and volunteered at summer schools for Economics under the University of Cambridge. He speaks fluent Italian and is a musician, specialising in jazz saxophone and piano.

Francesco Riccio is a Consultant at Osborne Partners, based in London.

Francesco has held key internships in audit for one of the Big Four and in M&A, working for a small Milanese fund. Since joining Osborne Partners, he has been working on energy disputes in the oil and gas and renewables sector.

Francesco has a BSc in International Economics and Management from the Università Luigi Bocconi in Milan. He also gained a Master’s in Management from the EDHEC Business School in Lille on the Business Management track, on a joint program with the London School of Economics, where he obtained a Diploma in Accounting and Finance.

Labeeb is a Consultant at Osborne Partners, based in Dubai.

Since joining, he has worked on international arbitration cases, conducting financial modelling, damage valuation, and economic analysis.

Prior to Osborne Partners, Labeeb was a Valuation Consultant at Kroll (formerly Duff & Phelps), where he conducted business valuations, purchase price allocations, and financial modelling for both public and private entities.

Labeeb is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a CFA Level III candidate. He also holds a Bachelor's and Master's in Commerce from Mumbai University.

Jonah Rogers is a Consultant at Osborne Partners, based in London.

A recent graduate, Jonah has worked in the superyacht industry - commercially in project management. He has skippered yachts on various passages, has held numerous crew positions within racing teams and has been responsible for training sailing crew.

Jonah holds a first-class honours degree in Natural Sciences, with a major in Astrophysics, from University College London. He has a keen interest in mathematics and enjoys breaking down complex concepts.

Saral Baheti is a Consultant at Osborne Partners, based in Mumbai.

Since joining, Saral has worked on cases in the technology, media and telecommunication sector. Having worked in equity research as well as fast growing start-ups, Saral brings in a diverse set of analytical and problem-solving skills to Osborne Partners.

Saral holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Commerce from Mumbai University. He is also a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and previously graduated (PGP) from the Indian School of Business.

Saachi joined Osborne Partners in September 2024 and is working on a diverse range of valuation, disputes, and competition cases. She has over four years of experience in valuation, financial modelling, research, financial analysis and project finance for greenfield projects.

Saachi holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the Indian Institute of Management and a BBA from Delhi University.

Nandini Maheshwari is a Consultant at Osborne Partners, based in Mumbai.

Nandini has experience in pre- and post-investment due diligence, asset tracing engagements and ESG-focused work.

Prior to joining Osborne Partners, she worked at Control Risks in Delhi and another boutique risk consulting firm in Dubai where she focused on pre-investment due diligence, corporate investigations and strategic intelligence projects across diverse sectors in South Asia, the Middle East and Africa.

Nandini holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Delhi University.

Maggie is a Consultant at Osborne Partners, based in London.

Maggie has gained professional experience as a private equity analyst intern, where she focused on investments in developing countries, and as a research assistant in economics.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Economics from Université Paris-Dauphine and a Master’s degree in Economics with Distinction from the London School of Economics. 

Maggie speaks fluent English, French, and Latvian.

Harshit is a Consultant at Osborne Partners, based in Mumbai.

He works across disputes, valuations and competition cases. Prior to joining Osborne Partners, Harshit worked as an investment banking intern at Nangia Andersen LLP and at a blockchain startup, where he gained exposure to fintech and other emerging sectors.

Harshit holds a Bachelor of Management Studies, with a finance major, from Shaheed Sukhdev college of Business Studies, Delhi University.

Vatsalya is a consultant at  Osborne Partners, based in Mumbai. He joined in June 2025, working on a diverse range of matters, including disputes, valuation, and competition.

Prior to joining Osborne Partners, he gained experience through internships at two early-stage venture capital firms – Silverneedle and Blume Ventures.

Vatsalya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Studies from Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies, University of Delhi.

Ronak is a Consultant at Osborne Partners, based in Mumbai.

He has over five years of experience in business valuations for a diverse set of industries. Ronak has experience in valuation for M&A and accounting purposes, including purchase price allocation and impairment testing, as well as for regulatory compliance such as foreign control regimes and income tax. Notably, he recently worked on a determination of share swap ratios for a marquee M&A transaction worth $160Bn. Since joining the team, Ronak has worked on a large dispute case involving manufacturing of pre-cast materials in the Middle East.

Prior to joining Osborne Partners, Ronak held positions at Bansi S Mehta & Co and EY.

Ronak is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has cleared all the three levels of the CFA program. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Mumbai University.

Matthew is a consultant at Osborne Partners, based in London.

He has professional experience in corporate finance and strategy, bringing both analytical and commercial insight to his work at Osborne Partners.

He holds a first-class honours BSc Economics and Politics from the University of Warwick and an MSc Economics and Management with distinction from the London School of Economics.

Akshay Sridhar is a Consultant at Osborne Partners.

Prior to joining Osborne Partners, Akshay worked as a Research Fellow focussed on drug discovery.

Akshay has contributed in-depth mathematical analyses to multiple cases involving disputes in the cryptocurrency industry. He has also worked on cases involving valuation within the oil/metal industries.

He holds a PhD in Physics from the University of Cambridge and a MSc in Biochemistry from the University of Oxford.

Jane is Chief of Staff at Osborne Partners, based in London.

Jane is responsible for the day-to-day operational side of the business. She manages Finance, HR and Marketing and implements the new processes and systems in our business.

Prior to joining Osborne Partners, Jane worked as an Operations Manager at FTI Consulting. Jane has lived and worked in Bangkok and Brussels and has experience across multiple sectors.

Vanessa is the Head of Marketing and Business Development at Osborne Partners, based in the London office.

Vanessa leads the firm’s global marketing and BD strategy, overseeing a broad remit that includes event management, digital marketing, communications, and business development.

Before joining Osborne Partners, Vanessa was Marketing Director at Kroll, where she led EMEA marketing for the valuation advisory practice and spearheaded the region’s cross-service strategy. She has also held marketing roles at BDO and Citibank.

Debayan Choudhuri is a Manager focusing on Market Research and Business Development at Osborne Partners, based in Mumbai.

Prior to joining OsbornePartners, Debayan was a Senior Analyst focusing on key accounts and research for a large consulting company.

Debayan holds an MA in International Business and a BA in Marketing Management.

Sarah Hamaïd is an EA and Operations Executive at Osborne Partners.
‍
Sarah provides partner level and operational support, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Prior to joining Osborne Partners, Sarah held various positions in administration and marketing and set up her own successful travel company which operated for over 10 years.

Sarah holds a Master’s degree in business and foreign languages. She a native French speaker and also speaks Algerian and Hindi.

Jyotsna Rakesh is an EA and Office Manager at Osborne Partners, based in Mumbai.
‍
Prior to joining Osborne Partners, Jyotsna provided executive assistance and administration management in an asset management firm and, before that, a legal firm.
Jyotsna has an MA in Philosophy from Mumbai University and also holds a Diploma in Human Resources Management. In her spare time, she is also a competition-winning Indian classical dancer.
