Oliver is a Partner leading Osborne Partners’ Singapore office.
Prior to joining Osborne Partners, Oliver was a Managing Director at FTI Consulting’s Economics and Financial Consulting segment, working in London, Washington DC and Singapore. He has worked in Singapore for over ten years.
Oliver has a broad range of experience in issues including valuation of businesses and shares in relation to shareholder and joint venture disputes, private equity investments, investment treaty claims, post-acquisition disputes, contractual breaches and intellectual property disputes. His industry experience includes energy and power products, consumer and branded goods, real estate, tourism and hospitality, healthcare and life sciences, oil and gas, mining, petrochemicals and financial services.
Oliver has been appointed as an expert over 20 times in court proceedings and international arbitrations in Singapore as well as internationally. He has been recognised in the Lexology Index 2026 Arbitration report as well as in the category for Southeast Asia. He is part of a small number of Global Elite Thought Leaders in the under 45 category of Expert Witnesses.
Oliver is a CFA Charterholder, a Chartered Accountant and has an MA in Economics (hons, first) from the University of Cambridge.
