We work at all stages of a dispute: at inception, as to whether a potential claim is worth pursuing; producing expert reports on the quantification of losses and, where necessary, on the evaluation of large data sets; in settlement discussions, evaluating the likely outcomes of litigation milestones and the probability weighted value of the claim; and in trials or hearings, providing expert testimony.
