Osborne Partners participated in the Next Gen Legal Summit on Friday, 5 December 2025 in New Delhi, with a panel discussion titled “Mastering Cross-Examination: Uncovering the Unsaid.”

The panel focussed on the art and strategy of cross-examination, examining how advocates can uncover inconsistencies, test credibility, and strengthen oral advocacy. Delivered in an engaging mock-trial format, the session will offer practical techniques and insights drawn from real-world arbitration and litigation experience.

The panel featured Michael Black KC (XXIV Old Buildings), Montek Mayal, CFA, CVA (Osborne Partners), Dr. Shashwat Bajpai, FCIArb (DRSB Law Chambers), Mehak Oberoi (GE Vernova), and Rana Sebaly (White & Case LLP).
