Cross Examination and Advocacy workshop - New Delhi | 11th April 2026

Osborne Partners co-hosted a Cross-Examination and Advocacy Workshop on 11th April 2026, in collaboration with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co, with the support of ICC India Arbitration Group.

The in-person workshop brought together young arbitration practitioners for a series of expert-led discussions, mock cross-examination exercises, and practical advocacy training. The programme focused on developing effective cross-examination techniques and oral advocacy skills. Montek Mayal participated as a panellist, and Sukanya Mukherjee co-moderated the workshop.
